My key question is if the carry on luggage was retrieved after the evacuation. Probably not ...

The time that passed to assess the threat might have removed a sense of urgency, but for me this is a black or white situation. Either it is not urgent to exit, you get stairs, take your luggage. Or it is an evacuation as it was done here. Fire or not, pilot decided it's urgent. Take your phone and passport (if you have time to grab before evacuation starts) but then its "out out out" as fast as possible. Nobody can know the reason for the evacuation. If it's urgent, it's urgent. Every bag selfishly endangers the people behind you. I cannot understand this behavior. It's not helpful to see an FA with bags after an emergency evacuation.
It will likely not go unnoticed at LX that an FA took the bag during an evacuation. Tough luck that she is on the front-page of Blick. Not the ideal performance in that situation, but I've flown with her and wish her that she doesn't get booted over this.
