Nothing I can see announced but based on that all airlines will move out from T2 to T3 there will be some sort of solution. My bet is that in this year there will be some contract lounge offering and next year (ish) a Oneworld lounge will open. Interestingly no other Oneworld airlines announced T3 lounge solutions or locations.
