When I was there for weekend trips last November and again this January, everything was great. The GM, Derek, reached out and was very courteous and responsive, and I found the front desk team genuinely friendly and accommodating, especially for a vacation club property.

I cannot really speak with confidence about the landscaping issue specifically, since it has been about three months since I was last there. What I did notice at the time was construction activity for an outdoor surf site behind the golf course, and some guests were definitely unhappy about the noise from that.

As for the room itself, I thought it was great for a timeshare property, and it seemed to have been refreshed fairly recently.
