No, SEA-ICN flies on 787-9 year-round. SEA-NRT switches back to 787-9 in Oct, right when the SEA-FCO seasonal route ends, so they're probably reusing that same aircraft.
I'm curious why they'd pick the ICN route over the NRT route to keep the 787 flying full time. I would have guessed the opposite. Anyone have any insight?
