Systems are in place for these Hazmat incidents, it actually gets escalated as a maintenance function to clean the aircraft in these unfortunate situations. The cleaners waiting at the gate aren’t going to be the ones handling this.
That was going to be my question (how deep can the regular cleaning be?). So if this is referred to a more specialized cleaning team, I wonder how much of a delay it might cause for the next flight.
