Well said. The DoorDash benefit is now worthless. We should all tell Chase this so they stop touting it as a benefit. The $20 minimum they established makes this only a 50% discount on items that should be half the price at any other store. If you use delivery which the grocery stores in my area require, this makes this benefit zero.

Doordash already has similar coupons available without the Chase card and you can go to any restaurant you want instead of convenience stores, so what is the point of this benefit?

I used to pickup a 6 pack of premium beer for my spouse. Now that option is closed because they claim "local government doesn't allow discounting of alcohol." I have tried this in several cities and find it hard to believe that every city adopted this law all at once.

Convenience stores are chock full of junk food and high markups. I am tired of jumping through hoops on this stupid DoorDash coupon trying to find items I could use for net 25% off an overpriced item with 0 to net payment benefit if they deliver.

What I have learned through this coupon is that DoorDash has a poorly built platform and terrible customer service compared to Instacart. Way to go DoorDash. Not a way to encourage users to adopt your platform. I am tired of dealing with your quirkiness and not being sure if I will be charged. Your stores don't know how to work with Doordash and I don't like being treated as a potential thief by 7-11 stores that do not understand your program with your platform when I try to pick up my orders. I try to order milk from 7-11 and I have had two orders with milk out of date and rancid. What a waste of time because store owners have learned that Doordash is a convenient way to discard expired items. Platform has gotten better since this promo started over a year ago but too little too late for this user.

I am using the Instacart with Ink for $20 off groceries which is worthwhile until they gut that benefit.
