I stayed here for 1 night earlier this month with Mrs. stifle. We came over from the Fantasy Springs Hotel across the road. Booked and received an ocean view twin room (really 2 queen). No upgrade or lounge access despite being gold. Arriving around noon we were told we could either (i) collect the keys now but not access the room until 5, and not use digital key, or (ii) get digital key at 3 and stop by the front desk again for physical keys. We chose the former as we were in the middle of a Tokyo DisneySea day. Our baggage was taken and delivered up to our room before we got there, which was around 10pm.

Breakfast for 2 was comped in the enormous main restaurant.

All the usual amenities in the room. Given the short amount of time we spent there, I have little else to add.

The hotel has two Lawsons, a Disney store, and assorted other retail.

It has shuttles from/to Maihama station and Bayside station. Bayside is also easily walkable if you prefer.
