You will be invited to joing Hertz #1 Gold without the annual fee (PLT's too). The Intercontinetal used to waive th annual $100 fee to join their Ambassador program but not any more. National will probably invite you to join their Emerald program, maybe Avis as well. Marriott used to comp you to Gold level but now I think its silver.

The perks used to be a lot better than they are now, that's for sure. But I've been EXP for a while so I don't know if the "newbie" EXPs get the good comps but then once you're "in" they diminish.
