We only fly JAL once a year or so, so I’m not sure if this is normal behaviour or a glitch with my setup (iPhone).
I’ve just been prompted in the app to check in for our flights tomorrow. However, when I click to do so, it just throws me out of the app into Safari, which then loads an empty form which requires me to enter all my booking info.
Is that how it’s meant to work? Even BA’s app manages it better, which is something.
Edit: got it to work by clicking on the “try on the web if you booking isn’t showing” even though it was showing clearly. After clicking that option and ignoring all the in-app check-in options, it sent me to Safari but found all our details
