You need a separate DD account for each card that has the benefit. Unlike Instacart where adding each card gives you the benefit and monthly credit from that card - you still have to make separate orders to use each $10/$20 credit but at least it's all in one account. DD is sensitive to multiple accounts even though they clearly tell you to create a separate one for each card with the benefit so I just did 2 of them, one for each CSR that I have, but I'm not going to go through the hassle of also creating one for the Hyatt and others.
