Looking to head to Japan 7/29 or 7/30 returning 8/6. Departing from EWR. Looking at connection options.

Looking at seat maps SFO-NRT and HND-SFO has the most seats available (but ofcourse seat maps arent that accurate.
7/29 ORD/SFO-HND and SFO-NRT both have PN/IN available. IAD-HND had it the other day. 7/30 ORD-HND has PN available but has the smallest J cabin with least seats showing open.
I'm not sure if PN/IN is much of an indicator these days.
