EK.com is pricing a SYD-DXB-ORD-DXB-JNB itinerary at 441,250 miles. With the $399 subscription, the 20% would bring that down to 353,000 miles which would be a pretty sweet deal.

I understand that if I cancel the booking, I lose the one time 20% discount. But, wondering if can I change the booking and still preserve the discount? Or do any date changes kill the discount?
