It turns out that N81105 had its third test run earlier today over South Carolina. I expect delivery to be imminent. With five new aircraft, United should have enough to manage two daily flights to SIN and a flight to LHR.
I see that N51104 has been sitting at SFO since Saturday. N61101 is assigned to UA 1 on the 22nd. Assuming it too has teething problems, it looks as if N61103 may perform UA 1 on Thursday.
When the domestic runs were first announced, there were many consecutive days in April and early May with these planes SFO-IAH vv and I believe there was one from IAD as well. Now, some of those dates show either a regular 789 or some other aircraft (777 or 757) operating.
