Note: mod moved this from the most minor thing you can gripe about thread. The 8 minutes of wait was really a nothingburger.
8 min is EXTREMELY fast for that many bags. It usually takes 5+min before the 1st bag is off. the neo isn't a fast plane to start the rear pit dumping
