The previous month I had flown with Oman air and as they are a partner of Etihad, I claimed miles with Etihad. So my question is: Did the EY upgrade bot see that I'd flown with Oman and said here's a couple of upgrades, don't fly with another airline again or was it just a coincidence.
Wow consider yourself lucky, as an EG Platinum since 2015 I haven't been given an operational upgrade since before Covid and I fly alot with Etihad. I was given United Silver for being in Bonvoy and was upgraded on 1st flight ever with United.

Etihad Guest sucks if you're a frequent flyer.
