The Green Vault isn’t the only attraction; the Royal Residence has even more to offer. Although the Copper Engraving Gallery was closed, there is some modern art on display.

Another highlight is the armoury, which houses a range of interesting suits of armour – a real treat for fans of knights.

The Turkish Chamber (Türckische Cammer) displays, among other things, a tent; Augustus the Strong was fascinated by the Ottomans.
