Lake Tahoe is a popular year-round destination... given the capacity dropped from RNO, I would've thought somebody would've eventually picked some up (don't forget many in the midwest/east connect via ATL to the West, believe it or not). I wonder if a tour operator, or a casino, is helping make the route viable for DL.
Hadn't noticed that BOI was seasonal. Thanks
I know a casino exec in RNO and he was involved in lobbying to get the flight. I've tried to get on RNO-ATL twice, and it's been totally sold out (paid tickets) both times (admittedly only a few days notice, and on a weekend). The real test will be when ski season ends.
