The new app is fine, but the booking engine for international flights is still horrible. And looking up reservations, searching flights etc. is still very slow and clunky. Overall the improvements all seem cosmetic and not meaningful, unless I'm missing something.

JAL has been announcing a lot of things lately with great fanfare and using positive terms like リニューアル and 刷新, when in reality they are all basically cutbacks or neutral changes. Really quite dishonest and disappointing.
