Flying AKL SFO im in A class and apparently #3 on the waitlist.. the tool says there’s 9 available but the fare class breakdown shows:

5/11 AKL-SFO: J8 JN8 C5 D4 Z4 P3 PN0....

Never been to NZ never flown out of NZ so unsure of the upgrade patterns. J8 almost a month out does not look fun but curious for any insights on upgrade odds? Thanks!
