If there are fewer free / unblocked seats visible then you won’t get a seat map, just Aisle/Window. This is quite common with J on 737s - where the front row is blocked until T-80 and only QF CL/P1 get access prior. Row 2/3 ought to be visible to OWE (if there enough seats). No/low status PAX can only access Row 3 prior to T-80.
ExpertFlyer should give you an idea of how many blocked and occupied seats there are.
I don't have a FüExperFlyer subscription. It is the leg SIN-SYD in PE and booked through AY. For one Pax only. I got a seat assigned but wanted to check other options. I have OWE status through AY.

In a significant number of cases when I've encountered no seat map immediately after booking, the seat map has appeared for me when I've checked a day later.
