Had to wait 8 minutes onboard in Denver while they unloaded 53 bags from our A321neo for balance purposes before we were allowed off.

(Though curious minds still would like to know the calculation behind such a weirdly specific number of bags, and why on this flight when so many other A321neo flights haven't had this. )

Note: mod moved this from the most minor thing you can gripe about thread. The 8 minutes of wait was really a nothingburger.
