Some notes on a week long stay:
Hotel occupancy was 162 guests (55.05%) when we arrived. It was 81 guests (27.83%) when we left. At no point did the beach side feel crowded. The lagoon side was empty throughout.
I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel had no issue with me having three kids (9, 7, 4) in the Beach Area Suite with Plunge Pool.
As others have stated, Globalists could order anything they wanted for breakfast and grab items from the buffet.
A surprise was that the hotel did not charge for any of my kids' meals at restaurants for dinners. They would bring two separate bills, one for adults and one for kids. They would only charge us for the adults (so three kids ate free). Food at the pool was different; only food for the 4 year old was free (and more consistent with my understanding of actual policy, which is for kids 5 and under to eat for free).
Hard to believe, but the only hot tub on the property is found within the spa. Because the property is still in its opening stages, the spa facilities were free to use. The spa is by the lagoon pools, and they were generally open but closed for certain hours. You could still use them despite them purportedly being closed.
The ecotour is still offered as a complimentary activity.
There was a lot of sargassum our first few days. There was none our last few days.
