When you're at the point where you can toggle between delivery or pickup, click pickup and before the app has processed that request quickly hit continue on the bottom of the app. That seems to bypass the $20 minimum for now. There's no other way to bypass it so far. You will have to look at the app as I don't have time to screenshot it. This explanation is also on Reddit and doctor of credit.
