Probably some dumb questions, but figured I would ask.

We will be DTW-LAX, followed by LAX-SYD, D1. They have sent menus, but was wondering about a couple of things. I don't suppose the Shake Shack burger can come without onions or tomato(ie request they not be put on at all?) And in reading the link someone gave about French Toast and Waffle not going anywhere, is it possible these are on our flight even if what Delta sent us does not list them? Someone posted about special requests, but in the app I cannot see the button for them. When I click on "View Meal Selections" there is nothing about special requests, and it does not appear on my main flight "page" anywhere.
