If all OW airlines move to T3, it would make sense to make a joint OW lounge. BA and Iberia has a decent number of flights, but otherwise most have only 1-2 flights a day. Iberia would be Schengen and the rest non Schengen.
Don't forget Finnair also would be Schengen...but they also only have 1-2 daily flights. I could imagine it would be an ideal candidate for a shared alliance lounge like in ICN. Maybe Qatar has plans due to their 2-3 flights a day but they could easily restrict access to F and J pax only and not status holders, which would be a shame, or they could allow all in like in Paris. I imagine there have been lots of internal discussions since JAL will not be moving its lounge to T3 and closing it (doesn't make sense to relocate and reopen for one flight a day).
