If someone has those lists of tails, we could make installed/not installed groups. As it is, it is easier to keep a positive list of tails that someone has verified as having WIFI installed rather than a negative list of tails without WIFI because you don't need to know the total list of tails for each airline and most people report that a plane has WIFI rather than it does not.
