IFL = In Flight Lead, previously known as a purser. Often seen in charge of WT & WT+ on long haul flights
IFM = In Flight Manager, previously CSD. Also known as SCCM Senior Cabin Crew Member. Basically in charge of the cabin.
Is this a BA thing? I still hear Purser on the airlines that I fly Internationally-Philippines, Delta, and Korean Airlines.
