Interesting to imagine how that might work in practice. At that scale, it would be hard to realize significant improvements quickly. I don't think they'd do much in terms of route rationalization early on? So they'd likely have a bunch of route redundancies for ages. I think they'd mostly focus on migrating backend systems and migrating users to the United app.
