The award tkt was in F Suites as originally booked. Since my preference was to stay in Suites (a special trip for our anniversary), I knew my options were limited.... Keep FRA departure and forward by 2 days which did not have availability for 2 awards... Or hope they would allow me to switch departure from FRA to LHR. Although no Advantage Award availability from LHR on my original date of departure or the day prior.... was hoping they would make an allowance due to SQ pulling the A380 from that route for the 6 day period. They made an allowance and opened up space from FRA for 2 days earlier, but I couldn't get them to move departure to LHR (which was my first preference)
