Hello. We introduced free membership accounts in January in order to view detailed data and that extends to the seat ratings. Without an account it’s still possible to view the basic seat map as it was in the past.

With this new release last night we have made it far easier to create an account with the Single Sign On options for Google and Apple.

I hope that explains it but let us know if anything is not clear.

[PS. One advantage of having an account is that we can tell you if your seat ratings has changed once we match your saved flight to a tail number.]
