We stayed at Park MGM via THE EDIT program back in December. No breakfast benefits, just the $100 dining credit.

In fact, many of THE EDIT hotels in LV do not offer breakfast. Like someone mentioned Bellagio is one includes breakfast in the package. Cosmopolitan is another.
