I disagree. My ex-JNB AONE4 that was issued at the pre-massive price rise was reissued three times before I took the first flight (JNB-SYD) and it was never repriced. My understanding is that so long as you do not change the first International segment then you can make any changes you like at no cost. The only additional charges would be taxes (or fuel surcharge) if the changes or additions resulted in more tax being due.
