I visited last Friday with a colleague. Pictures of the latest menu (apologies for the shadow). The tartare and the sea bass were quite tasty and I heard the steak was on-point. We skipped dessert.

There were a couple of other parties and I while service was very good (as always at DFW), I received ‘your time has come to an end here’ vibes when we neared my boarding time (my colleague did not stick around).

Ofc it cant hurt to try.
Yes, I think it is worth trying so long as the T&Cs are pulled up and ready to go. They are pretty cut-and-dry IMO. I think that a big part of it is that the DFW front desk deals with so many passengers that don’t have access that it is easier to auto-deny on non-standard scenarios. I witnessed two parties try to get their way into the FL/AC while I was sorting out my FFD pass.
