Please don't take this the wrong way but I'm struggling to understand why you keep needing to ask the same questions. On the several recent threads links to other threads with very recent and very real experiences of issuing a DONE4 in WAW have been posted. Continually asking the same question will not change the facts. Someone may give you the answer you want to hear but it will be wrong.

The facts are:-
  • BA in WAW are charing PLN19160.00 for a DONE4. Taxes of PLN1612.39 took my total to PLN20772.39 (approx GBP3,720)
  • AA quoted me $5,000. I don't have my ticket to hand but I recall taxes adding around $300. The GBP equivalent was around £2,800
  • I have had the ticket succesfully issued by Tal at the price above. I have held it in my hands.

You will not have to pay the $75 dollar charge so long as you do not change the departure date from WAW. The $75 charge only come in to play AFTER you have commenced your trip. Reissues up to that point are free although as noted by number_6 BA and some airlines make an admin charge.

You could issue the DONE4 with a dummy itinerary with the minimum number of sectors. There is nothing to stop adding more at the reissue stage. You may want to do a dummy booking with 20 sectors using the places you really intend going to to help guage the taxes. For example if you really want to do:-

WAW-LHR-HKG-CTS-HKG-DPS-HKG-SYD-MEL-PER-ADL-SYD-LAX-ORD-ANC-ORD-SJU-MIA-LAX-LHR-WAW

Your dummy itinerary could be:-

WAW-LHR-LAX(on AA)-MIA-ORD-ANC-ORD-JFK-SYD-SYD-MEL-PER-ADL-SYD-HKG-CTS-HKG-DPS-HKG-LHR-WAW

Immediatley you have the ticket in your hand call the AA RTW Desk and change the itinerary to exactly how you want it. All that is then left is to get AA at LHR or the CTO in central London to reissue the ticket.

There you have it. Pay BA £3,720 and get your ticket issued with the correct itinerary or pay AA £2,800, issue the ticket with a dummy itinerary and then have it reissued to exactly how you want it. If that extra hassle is not worth £900 I don't know what is!
