Tried and failed again to use the Touchless ID line at Terminal 1 in SFO on Monday, April 5 around 8 am. The machine was not operating. Regular PreCheck line was short, so no biggie.

And also once again, I used the Touchless ID line at DCA yesterday around 3 pm. No line at all. Walked up, looked in the camera, and maybe 10 seconds later the agent waived me through to the screening area.
