PH Paris Vendome - already tried Prince de Galles, I probably would want Globalist to stay here though
PH Niseko - looks nice but I can't really justify this if I spend all day skiing
Alila Ventana Big Sur - very nice, review in thread
Everline Lake Tahoe - used to stay here when it was Resort at Squaw Creek, this should not be a Cat 8 but it was nice before price increases
