I messaged Frontier and they quoted the wrong terms incorrectly stating that I had not fulfilled the requirements for the promotion. I just emailed them back breaking down the promotion point by point and also breaking down the qualifying spend for Airfare, options and, Carrier interface fees, to show how I met the terms for the required round trips and spend. The rep also tried quoting the December 9 date, but my promotion details clearly show thar was only for the two Gold bookings and not the Platinum three bookings requirements.
It's typical for Frontier to misquote things and just initially reject any request. Lets see how they respond to this point by point email i sent them.
