Not exactly sure what you are referring to. The carriers look to have last raised their cheapest roundtrip fares by $100 on March 9th -- ORD-EZE is shown below (UA P fares, DL Z fares).
UA loaded Base P fares on April 7th replacing old non-refundable P fares at same price point (PNX6HUBZ). DL fares have not changed with non-refundable Z fares starting at $4540 base (ZLXQ7NDP) and refundable Z fares at $4940 base (ZLXQ7RDU). UA regular non-refundable biz fares are now the same as DL refundable at $4940 base (PNX6HUDZ) with refundable fares starting at $5440 base (PNX6HUEF).
