MCT at SEA
There's been a few time changes for a booking of mine and I now have a 60 min connection at SEA arriving there from YYC on AS and connecting to BA to LHR.

is this ‘legal’ MCT? Doable / advisable?

All the alternatives involve 5+ hours layover so not attractive.
