Some of the reviews were posted before these locations opened. Probably intended to review the Terminal E locations.

Most of the negative reviews mention the admission policy, rather than the lounges. The tiered admission policy is published here:

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, lounge access is arranged as follows:
  1. Passengers travelling with our airline partners (with lounge invitation) may access the lounge up to 3 hours prior to departure.
  2. Guests with confirmed online reservations may access the lounge during their reserved date and time.
  3. Other guests may enjoy lounge access for up to 2 hours prior to departure.
