Has anyone had any luck with getting upgraded at the Palazzio from a standard suite to something nicer like the Grand One Bedroom king suite? Better view or higher floor seems more likely. I’m not a gambler and have no casino host to help. I currently have two standard suites booked on Hyatts site for two nights for the three of us. Only one upgrade would be my hope. I have used the 50/100 between the credit card tip at other hotels in Vegas with hit or miss success. I would have tried a Hyatt Prive res but they don’t do Palazzio. and I do want night credit for one suite
