Agree. It’s taking the same delta c-suite investor call talking points and making them sound like gospel. Same old “premium” discussion. The csuite is trying to press why they get above average revenue vs competitors, as well as trying to soothe investors who might be scared off by increasing operating costs.
Also while it's impressive sounding when they say 60% of the plane is going to be "premium" seating, we have to remember that Delta includes C+ in that category. There are a lot of D1/PS/C+ configurations that can lead to that 60%. (For example, just taking out 1 row of Y can make space for around 10 rows of C+, which on the A330neo would be 90 seats.)
