I stayed there on a 6 night award stay last September. I am a Gold, and I e-mailed them prior to my stay letting them know I was coming, and requested an upgrade to the executive floor, if available. I was duly upgraded to the executive floor with a room on the 35th floor with executive lounge privileges. All the staff treated me very well; they all greeted me whenever I passed one of them in the lobby or in the hall.

The rooms themselves are small and rather tired looking. If 1983 was your favorite year, you will like the decor...
