This thread is intended to provide access to Ding sale fares for those of us who are away from our Ding-enabled computers during the hours of a sale. Yesterday I missed grabbing a super fare for my mother's next trip, and I don't want that to happen again.

The idea is that for each sale, one person posts a URL (something like http://www.southwest.com/cgi-bin/sys...adlineId=zzzzz

The &src= portion at the end is apparently not needed. In theory, the install ID field reveals (at least to WN) the identity of the poster, but the Ding rules do not prohibit posting a URL. What I do not know for sure is that the web site will let you use the URL to buy the fare from a computer lacking Ding with installation number. I think it will work, though.

I also do not know if different people will get different sales. I suspect not, at least for now. If sales are targeted in the future, WN may issue restrictions against posting the URLs, and we'll have to use PM or email for more limited distribution. Given the short time frames, I don't imagine that posting these URLs will cause any heartburn to anyone. Otherwise I wouldn't I have started this thread.
