Amex Business Gold - 10k after $5000

First anniversary on a Business Gold, called about 25 days after fee posted. Mostly just spend for SUB and monthly coupons.

Offered 10k after $5000 in 3 months. Rejected. Offered downgrade to Green. Rejected. Closed card.

(I get good value out of the $20 monthly coupon, so I would have kept at the 15k level.)
