I'm afraid I cannot understand this post, which doesn't seem to be a sentence.
As is clear from the top of the post, the OP is arriving at LHR and wants to use an arrivals lounge. He was asking whether he could use his Qantas status to gain access. It seems clear from the posts above that he will not be permitted access to the AA lounge. As for the BA/QF lounges in T1 and T4 (which is the question I was addressing) the answer to this is no, despite the suggestion from bronzedaussie that you might be able to blag it.
He wasn't asking about whether he can get in to any BAA (British Airports Authority) lounge for payment. The answer to that question would be, "of course he can", but he probably could have worked that out for himself.
