So true. If Hyatt has acquired or created a dozen AI brands and none of them are suitable for what the hotel owner is aiming for, then something has gone badly wrong.
That said, it's clear that many people are willing to pay far more for AI than they would for a-la-carte dining BF, lunch, dinner and drinks - so it's no surprise that hotel owners want to go all-inclusive in certain locations
