But first, instead of JCB Crémant, they served a real Champagne on a domestic flight - Domain Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top.
The steak was the same cut from the steak and egg breakfast, so it was tough to start with, and there's means to make it good.

The pre-arrival meal were 3 choices of meat and cheese plate, salad, or crab cakes. I got the crab cakes.
The succotash was a bit questionable, but the crab cakes were good.
