When did the club start using the British Airways part of its name?

I think there is a viable case against them as they didn’t file a trademark till 1985 if you were using it before and there should be no confusion as you are not an airline so they can’t claim name confusion.
I won a domain name argument against a large company a few years ago they tried to claim a .com of mine. Even thought they held a trademark, so it’s possible.

Is the club setup, as a charity? And have they offered mediation?
And have you ever trademarked the name? (Unlikely - but just to confirm)
