Roasted Chilean Sea Bass
With a Dill Beurre Blanc, Jasmine Rice, Zucchini, and Roasted Tomatoes

The sea bass was excellent. Good sized portion, flavorful, and not too heavy. Fantastic NYC-based flight crew - attentive service and very warm and friendly.

Also, I asked the flight attendants and they said they are “absolutely” still serving sparkling wine throughout domestic D1 flights, not just as pre-departure beverage. I saw a few folks have sparkling wine with their meal. Five wines are also on the menu.

Overall, seeing lots of new menu options in domestic Delta One. I was originally on LAX to JFK and had to switch to SFO due to an added customer visit, but I saw other new options on LAX to JFK like “Italian Braised Beef with Polenta,” “Hundred Layer Lasagna,” and “Herb Crusted Salmon with Salsa Verde and Orzo”.
